Fruit Butters

A few years ago I canned some fruit butters. What I did was use the slow cooker to make these fantastic fruit butters.

From left to right: Pumpkin, Peach, Blueberry.

This weekend I believe I'm going to make more but this time I'm going to just be making the pumpkin, and adding some pear butter along with some good old fashioned apple butter.
